Taylor Swift is my FAVORITE singer. I met her June 21, 2011 and went to her Speak Now Tour. I also went to the Keith Urban concert when she opened for him. I don't remember that date though - it was a while ago!
Anyways, Taylor Swift is awesome. She was born December 13 and has always loved to sing. But this isn't an autobiography, this is all about her music.
Her first single is called "Tim McGraw". It is really good, and very country. It was released when she was 16. Her CD was released later that year, titled "Taylor Swift" and had hits including "Teardrops on My Guitar" and "Our Song" included in its track list.
It was succesful, but didn't do nearly as well as her second release, "Fearless". Her second CD was VERY succesful, and at this point in her career she was ready for her first headlining tour. She sold out shows in many different places. She sang on a stage that she helped to design each night for about a year.
And a while later came SPEAK NOW! :)
Speak Now is her current release, and she is still on her tour for this CD. With opener NEEDTOBREATHE, her tour is a huge production, with similarities to a Broadway show in that it includes dancers, music, and much, much more. The sets are amazing, and must have taken FOREVER!
So, all in all, Taylor Swift is amazing.
